However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. For this reason, we have established a comprehensive returns policy to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Returns Process:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the returns process. You will be asked to provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once we have received this information, we will provide you with a return authorization number.

Returns Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on used products or products that have been modified or damaged. Additionally, all accessories and manuals must be included in the original packaging.


If you do not like the item. 

Customers are responsible for the cost (£50) of returning the item to our warehouse if they do not like the item. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method to ensure that the item is returned safely. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping charges.


When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way Euphoria Fireplace will arrange the collection from the customer at no cost


Additionally, we cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged due to improper use or maintenance.


Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed. If you have any questions regarding your refund, please contact our customer service team.


If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you with selecting a new product and arranging for the return of the original item.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the damaged item.
