Remote easy to operate and my plumber did not struggle to fit it. This heater kicks out some serious heat but comes from the bottom away from the tv on top! and the different flame effects are really good - happy with purchase and worth the money

It’s an amazing product and made our living room look the part, we installed it below the tv on the old chimney wall and it’s has made such a difference to the modern look of our newly renovated room.
